聯名VS個人名義買屋

萬母同朋友們(太太們)都曾經疑惑過，究竟間屋應該聯名定以個人名義買？

喺決定之前，有樣野要先知道，就係英國同香港有D唔同嘅。喺英國，以物業擁有權嚟睇，夫婦(married couples and civil partnerships)係被視為一個單位(one unit)，即係就算只係其中一人有物業，另一人再買物業時，已經算係呢個家庭嘅額外物業。詳見下面段英文。

即係，喺英國，唔可以好似喺香港咁，老公買一間當首置，老婆又買一間當首置，呢點喺英國係行唔通嘅。

而另外一樣就係遺產稅，英國有遺產稅，但留畀配偶嘅遺產係免稅嘅。

了解咗呢兩個facts之後，應該會更容易決定點落名。但家家有本難唸的經，每家狀況不同，真係要自己傾清楚。

以萬母嘅角度，當然咩都寫晒老婆名，連出糧都直接落老婆戶口就最正確喇，歌仔都有得唱喇"怕老婆會發達，夫妻嗌交趕客，錫老婆咁先會發大達，命運美妙的配搭"。
